3 Official Images From Duncan Jones’ ‘WARCRAFT’ Movie Hit The Web

It’s been an uphill battle for audiences to acquire a good film adaptation based on a video game, with ‘NEED FOR SPEED‘ and ‘RESIDENT EVIL‘ being the closest to hit the mark, and ‘WRECK IT RALPH‘ not being fully applicable due to including an amalgamation of different gaming properties from the past few decades. Despite the horrible track-record of the franchise, many are curiously optimistic or very excited for next next year’s ‘WARCRAFT‘, which was helmed by ‘MOON‘ and ‘SOURCE CODE‘ director Duncan Jones. Although footage leaks and one or two official images have given us high hopes, not seeing much of that in context means we’ll have to wait until next month, when the first official trailer drops, to have a solid quality indicator.

Despite this, thousands of fans have risen in hype and awe earlier today, as Empire Magazine exclusively released three high-quality stills from the upcoming fantasy film, featuring lead characters “Sir Anduin Lothar”, “Durotan”, and “Orgrim Doomhammer”, played by Travis Fimmel, Toby Kebbel, and Robert Kazinsky.
